Travel Visions Aloha for the Blind (TVA) creates free, fully accessible adventures for blind and visually impaired adults on Oʻahu.
Your donation helps cover the real costs of making every event accessible, including transportation, trained volunteers, and braille and audio materials.
Because our City & County of Honolulu Grant-in-Aid contract is reimbursement based, TVA needs short-term bridge funding to cover upfront expenses. Your gift helps TVA keep programs running while TVA invoices for reimbursement.
Want to support TVA and spread the word at the same time? TVA T-shirts help fund programs and start conversations about inclusion.
When someone loses vision, it can also mean losing independence, confidence, and community. TVA exists to change that.
Each month, TVA provides accessible outings that are designed for blind and visually impaired participants.
TVA is breaking barriers on Oʻahu. Many blind and visually impaired adults spend years isolated after losing their vision, often believing adventures like swimming with dolphins, visiting cultural sites, or going whale watching are out of reach.
TVA provides free, fully accessible adventures that bring joy and empowerment to the blind community.
Because TVA’s City & County of Honolulu Grant-in-Aid contract is reimbursement based, TVA needs bridge funding to cover upfront expenses so TVA can continue the contract and invoice the City. This helps ensure the full grant goes directly into creating life-changing opportunities.
